Dubbing itself "pan-Asian" while leaning heavily towards Chinese fare, Red Snapper pleases with a wealth of perfectly prepared plates. Tofu is especially well done, whether texturizing a soup or sitting atop a salad, fried light and puffy. Sweet-and-sour fish, pad Thai, salmon teriyaki, spicy basil duck, and garlic-basil red snapper populate the lengthy menu, making decisions difficult. With a long history in the Asian restaurant biz, the owners of Red Snapper have found their most successful venture in this latest incarnation. |
