Set in the renovated Rieger Hotel and taking over space once devoted to sketchy saloons, 1924 Main is a wonderful tribute to exceptional dining. Chef-owner Rob Dalzell promotes prix fixe, seasonal menus that highlight the best local produce, meats, and seafood. They change monthly and feature dishes like cedar plank-roasted salmon with chorizo and lentils, duck confit raviolis, and beef rib-eye with root vegetable and chestnut hash. A terrific bar is available, and practiced servers only add to the appeal. Wine pairings are available.
