Q. How long are the wristbands valid?
A. Daily color-coded wristbands will be issued at hotel check-in. Wrist bands entitle you to use of the water resort the day you check in, as well as until 3 p.m. the day you check out.

Q. I did not book a water park package, but I am staying at the hotel, can I still experience the water park?
A. Guests may purchase water resort admissions for a fee, subject to availability.
Q. What is the cost of additional wristbands?
A. Wristbands are currently $20 each Monday - Friday and $25 each Saturday - Sunday.
Q. What is the temperature inside the water park?
A. It's always 84 degrees inside the water park.

Q. Is a traditional swimming pool available?
A. In addition to CoCo Key Water Resort, the Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex has a traditional recreational pool located inside the hotel and a seasonal outdoor pool. A fitness center is also available for those wishing to exercise during their visit.
Q. Are towels provided or do guests bring their own?
A. Complimentary towels are provided inside the water resort.
Q. Is there any place to get food and beverage at CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort?
A. Within CoCo Key Water Resort families can enjoy both our A&W Snack Shop and our Pizza Hut Express. Beverages and light snacks are also available at the Wet Rooster Bar. The Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex also offers the 101 Restaurant, with a full menu of salads, entrées, and modern American favorites. A Starbucks® Café will be available soon (not yet open) for light snacks and world-class coffees and teas.
Q. Can guests bring their own outside food and drinks into CoCo Key Water Resort?
A. Because CoCo Key Water Resort is concerned about your safety, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. For guest convenience a Pizza Hut Express, an A&W Snack Shop and the Wet Rooster Bar are located within the waterpark.
Q. Can baby food be brought into the water resort?
A. Baby bottles and commercial baby food are welcome. Please be sure to put them in plastic bottles\containers to protect little feet!
Q. What if my friend wants to come visit us at the CoCo Key Water Resort?
A. Only Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex guests staying on a water resort package have guaranteed admission into CoCo Key Water Resort. Additional admissions can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the waterpark's capacity.
Q. What if I have a club or group that wants to experience the CoCo Key resort?

Q. What happens if a wristband needs to be adjusted or is lost?
A. Guests with a wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Front Desk remove and replace the wristband. Lost wristbands will be replaced with a full price fee.
Q. Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Resort?
A. There are men's, women's, and family changing/restroom areas available, complete with lockers as well as showers. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?
A. We are vigilant about the safety and security of all guests. Ellis and Associates Licensed lifeguards staff CoCo Key Water Resort at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Nevertheless, we urge parents to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water resort. Please be sure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear USCGA approved life vests. Complimentary life vests are available at CoCo Key on a first-come, first-served basis. The additional pool inside the Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex is not staffed with lifeguards and children in the hotel pool must be accompanied by an adult. No person may swim alone.
Q. Are swimming goggles permitted?
A. Swimming goggles are permitted with the exception of on the slides and at the discretion of the lifeguards. Flotation devices of any kind are not permitted inside the waterpark other than those provided inside the waterpark.
Q. Are there any health restrictions relative to the waterpark attractions?
A. It is recommended that persons with preexisting medical conditions and women who are pregnant not participate. Each individual is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.
Q. Is there an arcade or game room in the water resort?
A. CoCo Key Water Resort's Key Quest Arcade features over 50 state-of-the-art electronic games and a full-service ticket redemption center.
Q. Are children that wear regular diapers permitted in the water resort?
A. Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the hotel gift shop for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilities located in the rest rooms to change diapers.
Q. We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?
A. Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.
Q. Is there parking at Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex?
A. Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the hotel.
